Shay Volovelsky, Adv.
Born in Israel in 1965, married and father of three. Lieutenant Colonel in the IDF reserves. Shay earned a LLB degree from Essex University in England and a masters degree in law (LLM) from Tel Aviv University, with a specialty in commercial law. Adv. Volovelsky is primarily engaged in the fields of civil-commercial law. Currently, he coordinates all of the legal services for several large institutions that provide services in the fields of family wealth management, family office management and intergenerational wealth transfer. As part of his work with these entities, he also sets up partnerships for real estate investment and reviews large scale contractual agreements in Israel and overseas.

Dr. Eddo Dinstein, Adv.
Eddo earned his LLB magna cum laude from Tel Aviv University and his SJD from Harvard Law School. Eddo began his legal career at a leading New York law firm that specializes in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and is also a member of the New York State Bar.
Eddo specializes in the representation of hi-tech entrepreneurs and companies in international commercial activity and M&A deals. He offers consultation to entrepreneurs and startups, starting with the pre-seed stage.
Eddo specializes in representing sellers and buyers of medium and large e-commerce businesses (Amazon FBA in particular).
